Chadwick Boyd, Founder & President
Boyd is an accomplished brand marketing and national media strategist. For 18 years, he has created and managed brand strategies, products and marketing campaigns for some of the most respected lifestyle and food brands and expertise. Chadwick has created and managed programs for Mission Foods, DuPont, Gap, Target, Simon Malls, The Athlete’s Foot, QVC, Inc. and Marriott Hotels. He has also managed programs for Food Network, Animal Planet and Discovery.

Chadwick is particularly experienced in working with and managing programs for celebrities and lifestyle experts. He has managed publicity programs for Food Network star Tyler Florence, Academy® Award-nominated Sigourney Weaver; New York Times best-sellers Bob & Melinda Blanchard; Martha Stewart’s Darcy Miller; Target’s Sean Conway, Jennifer Bushman, Sara Foster and more. He also has led national partnerships with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and Universal Studios, as well as for the Lili Claire Foundation and its annual $1+ million celebrity fundraiser hosted by Matthew Perry.

Chadwick is the food & lifestyle contributor to Join Us at the Table, a culinary lifestyle Web radio show with Miami Herald food columnists, Nancy Ancrum and Robbie Bell. He also is the food contributor to Atlanta Citysearch and has contributed to the just released book, Fabjobs Guide to How to Open a Gourmet Food Store.

Chadwick has been featured in the Miami Herald, Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on Fox and NBC News. He is the Brand & Culinary Ambassador for the Florida Winefest and was named one of Georgia’s Best & Brightest in Business 40 Under 40 for 2008. He was just appointed to Leadership Georgia 2010 by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees.

Jennifer McKenna Weinbaum

Jennifer Weinbaum is a seasoned strategist who transforms ideas into reality. With a background in financial and program development, Jennifer creates, facilitates and launches sound initiatives with proven results. Her expertise is both in coaching leaders and facilitating the process of change for organizations in pursuit of growth.

Jennifer’s specialty is identifying patterns within leaders and corporations that are inhibiting them from making the changes necessary to realize their goals. Her work is typically integrated into the core areas of marketing, development and programming; yet her focus is always on impacting the bottom line by being true to the mission. In particular, her Corporate Consciousness program infuses a fresh perspective into traditional corporate paradigms, insuring congruency and integrity within contemporary corporate cultures.

Jennifer’s pioneering and re-engineering efforts have changed the landscape of endeavors within companies and organizations that had previously plateaued or failed. Over the course of her 20-year career, she has collaboratively and successfully transformed initiatives for and within non-profit, corporate and government entities. Results-oriented, Jennifer’s strategic insight insures the balance of grounding business objectives with practical solutions and providing guidance to empower companies and their team members to soar beyond expectations.

Dallas Miller, Communications Manager

Dallas is an event and project manager, marketer and culinary professional with over 18 years of experience in various industries, including The Weather Channel and Verizon Business Services. She is experienced in marketing and preparing food for various audiences and in the promotion of food & lifestyle books and events.

She also is especially skilled at understanding the customer’s perspective, having led numerous focus group and survey projects. This experience allows Dallas to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Dallas has worked closely with Chef Marvin Woods, Jennifer Bushman, Alisa Barry and “the Julia Child of Asian cooking,” Corinne Trang, among others. She also has contributed to projects for Decantus wine products, Georgia Natural Gas’ healthy eating program with the Georgia Parent Teacher Association and Novartis Pharmaceuticals’ program to fight hypertension through better eating.

Fresh from an intensive culinary boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Dallas didn’t miss a beat diving immediately into the pursuit of her Culinary Science degree at the Institute of Culinary Education in her hometown of Atlanta. This, combined with her degrees in Art History, Economics and her Masters in Marketing, provide Dallas with a unique perspective to challenges that come her way.

Jill Heiser, Communications Manager

Jill is a seasoned food and lifestyle brand marketing manager as well as a trained culinary professional. She is especially skilled at managing experiential marketing programs, consumer events and mobile sampling initiatives. Jill has managed brand programs for the Pepsi and Mountain Dew Racing Teams, as well as served such clients as Proctor & Gamble, The Gospel Music Channel, Stacy’s Pita Chips, Healthy Choice and other ConAgra Foods brands. She also has created food programming for the Georgia Natural Gas TrueBlue Schools Program, organized media events for Chronicle Books and developed marketing programs with celebrity chefs like Jennifer Bushman and Corinne Trang. She has received many professional awards for her performance.

In 2008, Jill decided to follow her passion for “all-things-food” and enrolled in the Culinary Program at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Since then, she has been incorporating her marketing background with her culinary education to create unique and valuable culinary experiences for clients.
